Prevtec microbia presents a poster at IPVS

Prevtec microbia is participating in the 21st International Pig Veterinary Society (IPVS) Congress in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, July 18 to 21, 2010. The company is presenting information on studies carried out with Coliprotec.The theme of IPVS 2010 is Sharing Ideas - Advancing Pig Health. The scientific program incorporates the latest information on new and old diseases, pig production, nutrition, reproduction, food safety, animal welfare, antimicrobial resistance and many other contemporary and emerging topics.
Prevtec microbia has submitted an Abstract which was accepted and is therefore presenting a poster (# 7312) titled Vaccination with Coliprotec® for the prevention of postweaning diarrhea associated with F4(K88)-positive enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli (F4-ETEC), summarizing Coliprotec study results.
